RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Every Icon Deck alarm clock is custom made to order for each individual customer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
- Not liking the look, size, color, weight, or sound once it arrives.
- Expecting features the product does not have. Please note clearly:
   – The figurine is a solid hand-painted resin statue permanently mounted on the alarm clock base. It does NOT move, animate, come alive, speak, or play music. It is a stationary collectible display piece with an alarm clock function only.
   – The alarm clock base features a red LED digital display and a built-in speaker for the alarm beep only. It does NOT play music, stream audio, or connect via Bluetooth.
   – This product is inspired by 90s West Coast hip-hop culture and does not represent, depict, or imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by any real individual, artist, estate, or record label.
- The normal pre-order production wait time you agreed to at checkout.

We DO offer a replacement or refund for:
- Items that arrive defective or damaged (broken parts, non-working alarm, non-working LED, cracked or chipped resin figurine, damage in transit).
- Receiving the wrong item.

To make a valid claim, email icondeck.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected unit at our discretion.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours, production has started and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except for defective or damaged items as described above.

Because each item is made to order, returned goods cannot be resold, which is why this policy is strict. Please read the full product description and watch the product videos before ordering — all features are shown honestly.
